This year they scheduled us weekly on Mondays but they seldom show up on the day they are suppose too. The last cutting was very hasty and patches of grass were left un-cut. I understand that weather might have thrown the schedule off track but and led to patches that were missed. Things happen. I Tried to contact the manager about the problems several times but he never returns calls or emails. Personally, I think that management and customer care is a big part of a successful business.
I really hate to write a bad review on them because they 'were' a good company. I personally think they may be overwhelmed with too many yards but can't say for sure since the company never returns calls or gives any reason as to why.
I wouldn't recommend them if you are looking for punctuality and customer care.
