Gerri Austin was my realtor. She was awesome! My husband was retiring from the Army and we were coming home to purchase a forever home and set down permanent roots. She sent updated listings almost daily to my email at least a year before we planned to purchase. She listened to our specific needs and wants and agressively helped us persue them. She kept in constant contact with our loan officer and everyone else involved to insure we had a speedy and smoothe closing process. She met us at night, after hours and even at a convenience store once to sign papers. Gerri even called us to help with a tax issue that occured months after the sale.
