They were very good.  They are not elite, but they are reasonably priced.  They provide competent work.

Mr. Raibon did an excellent job, including running wiring to the building, putting up an electric pole, and doing all rewiring, installing lights and ceiling fans and moving the breaker box on the building to the exterior as per local code.  He put in plenty of electrical outlets, including outside outlets at both residences and outside lighting at both doors, phone and cable outlets, and replaced breaker box and upgraded service to my house.  Dealing with the general contractor for this job has been a nightmare, but dealing with Mr. Raibon has been a joy.  He always takes my call.  He always comes when I call him and if he is unable to come that day, he tells me and he is there the next.  He comes as promised and stays/works until the job is complete.  He cleans up after himself instead of leaving a big mess.  Mr. Raibon and his helper have never been anything but professional and courteous.  The job turned out to be more extensive than he was told at first but he discussed the work necessary and increased cost with me BEFORE he began the job and did not expect full payment until the work was actually done.  I would definitely recommend NCN Electrical and Earl Raibon to anyone who needs an electrician and I will definitely use him again in the future any time I need electrical work.
