We strive to provide quality repairs at affordable rates and have built strong and lasting relationships within the community as a result. Technicians are factory trained annually for many major brands in order to stay up-to-date with today's changing technology. Each technician has also passed a federal background screen. "Mr. [Member Name Removed]: We appreciate your business & we also appreciate you taking the time to brag on our service technicians."
"As the owners of Major Appliance Service, we just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for the great review you posted on Angie's List. Social Media is proving to be a great way to spread the word .. and it's a great thing when the word is GOOD! We are also listed on Google Places if you would consider posting positive comments there as well! We are so happy to hear that our technicians are following the rules of integrity that we strive to instill in them. Your business is appreciated and we Thank You again for your positive feedback!!!"
The tech is a little young and could have been a little more diplomatic but that will come with experience and age. He seemed like a nice guy and he definitely repaired my dishwasher in very little time.
I will use this company again.
"Thank you for your positive feedback on our company and for letting us know the areas in which we need work! Our company is also listed in Google Places if you would like to leave a review there as well!"
