Major Appliance Service

This is the most inconsiderate and incompetent repair service I have ever known in my life. The first technician they sent out said my coils were dirty on my refrigerator is why my icemaker was not working charge me $127 for nothing. The owner of the company Bobby Crenshaw was to come and repair my icemaker today between 10 AM and 12 PM didn’t even call me until 1230 to tell me he would be late. I now have wasted more than half of my day for someone so inconsiderate. They can’t even call me and tell me they’re going to be late and I still have no icemaker. Do not ever use this company. They obviously do not know what they are doing and have no respect for you or your time. All they want is your money for a job that was never completed but you have to pay them or they will file a lien on your appliance read the receipt. Do not ever use Major Appliance company and Bobby Crenshaw, inconsiderate incompetent they don’t care.

The technician knew what he was doing and so had no problems. The work is guaranteed for three months.

Chris from Major Appliance was quick, professional, and most of all courteous. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service.  I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day.  The service tech arrived on time and diagnosed the problem quickly.  He even brought dog biscuits so our little dogs were occupied and not in his way.  He ordered the new part and was back in a week to install it.  The ice maker works great.  Very professional employees.  

I have a double over that has door locks. the locks broke. I ordered the parts a few months ago. I knew I had to have a professional come and change the locks. I call Major Appliance Repair on Friday the 5th. They said they would be here on the 8th between 1 and 3 PM. They called about 12:30 to say they were on the way. When they arrived they got right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. They were very professional and were very knowledgeable in their field. The price was a little high but not out of line with anyone else, and there were two men. They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with the work and the promptness and efficiency of the technicians. I would recommend them without hesitation.

It took him a while to get to it, but once he got there he just squeezed down some hot water. He called about ten minutes till three. I was really happy with him. I didn't really like the price, but I know appliance people are pretty expensive.

The young man that came the last few times knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away.

Both technicians went above and beyond the call of duty, even helping me clean under the trash compactor and behind the refrigerator! Incredible customer service with a smile. They were even earlier than scheduled! And our trash compactor has never run so quietly. Thanks gentlemen!

Dishwasher wasn't working properly - I assumed the heating element was broken. Called a local guy who came and looked at it and recommended that I contact this company. I called and set up an appointment for 2 days later. The service guy arrived ten minutes after the 9 am - noon time slot. He checked it out and said he would have to order the part and it would be a few days to get it in. I sat another appointment time through the office and the service tech came and installed it. This time the service department had set an 8 am - 10 am window and he called promptly at 8 am.

The tech is a little young and could have been a little more diplomatic but that will come with experience and age. He seemed like a nice guy and he definitely repaired my dishwasher in very little time.

I will use this company again.
