Our existing DVR had failed to update to new channel schedules so I finally took it to the main office for replacement. Very friendly staff swapped it out very quickly. Cost is the monthly fee. There is no option for a DVR that will record more than 10 hours of HD programming.

They are terrible.  The quality is bad and fuzzy that we can barely see anything.  They don’t have enough high definition; none of the local channels are high definition.  We are getting rid of that this month.  The internet speed is great.  We have no problem with the internet and so we are keeping the internet.

I am very pleased with Cablelynx. We have been using them for 22 years. They laid the line to our area even though we were the only house on our road at the time. We never have any problems with them. I don't mind paying for something as long as it is of quality. So far they are very good.

They are the only cable company in town.  I am not going to say that they are the greatest cable company in the world but they will do for right now.  Their cable service has been reliable but they are not very responsive; last time I tried to get through them on the phone it was little bit difficult because it was automated.  It has reasonable number of high definition channels on it which is one of the reasons that I am using them.  When I need to get hold of them, they have to get hold of somebody else.  The service men are professional.
