Very good experience. Salesman was enthusiastic and had a perfect fit for me in the lot. I found what I was looking for (at a fair price which was under the Kelley Blue Book Resell Value), got all the paperwork completed for financing (I was pre-approved at my bank before shopping), and was out of the lot within 45 minutes with a fresh wash and a full tank of gas. I received a calendar a few weeks later (with a pic of me and my new SUV) and receive Christmas cards and Birthday cards every year. I will be using them again when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle. Thanks again!
