Despite confirming our 2:00 pm appointment first thing this morning, Darwin never showed up. I called 10 minutes later, and he said he was running late (he didn’t bother to call me) and that it would be 30 minutes. I called again at 2:50, and he said he would be there in a few minutes. At 3:02 I called again, and he said he was 2 minutes away. 7 minutes later he still wasn’t there so I left. About 15 minutes later he sent a text saying he was “sorry he missed me” and asked if I would be back in town soon to which I did not respond. This is completely irresponsible and unprofessional - if he can’t manage time better than that and cannot bother to contact someone to let them know when there is a delay instead of leaving them to do all the contacting, he likely can’t handle the task I hoped to hire him for. If this is the kind of “professional” angies’s list refers people to, I am already done with this site. You really should vet companies more thoroughly.
