1 year later, we discover nails sticking up all over the roof under the shingles and shingles blowing all over the yard, Travis Johnson would not get on the roof to inspect, nor will he warranty the work as he claims trees are knocking the shingles off-- WHERE THERE ARE NO TREES! My old roof was more solid than this new roof. Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company paid Travis for this job.

Travis had his men come out and replace our shingle roof. They were sloppy, dropping nails in our a/c unit and left roofing nails and old roof all over our yard and driveway. My husband had to follow the guy around to make sure he got most of the nails up, as he did not get in places he said he did. When we heard leaking sounds in our fireplace, we called Travis and he was very unconcerned and refused to come out and check it out. He told my husband that he had sent one of his men out to check it out and there was nothing wrong, even though we never saw or heard anyone go on our roof or come to our home to check it out. Every time it rains we hear this noise in our fireplace. We were new to this area when we had this work done and I wish we had known about angie's list at that time. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

Travis said he was going to caulk around the chimney to stop the leak there and replace some shingles near the vent area above my bathroom. When the rainy season started, the leak in the bathroom started up again. I have called Travis multiple times to come and fix the leak (which is now a huge hole in my ceiling). He keeps telling me he'll come out or send someone out to fix it, but no one has come to fix the hole. I haven't had any leaking by the chimney (that I'm aware of), but there is damage still in the ceiling. This whole job is marked with poor workmanship and I am now using Angie's List to find a reputable roofing company to come fix the hole and leak in my roof.
