They were professional, friendly and careful with everything. Some of the boxes had glass and we were going to move them ourselves because we had not packed them carefully. But they said they would be very careful with them. Nothing was broken in spite of our careless packing.

Excellent service! Very courteous, professional, and impressive movers. They took great care in packing our belongings into the truck and ensuring everything was secured and safe. They were infinitely patient with us when moving our belongings back into the new house, even though some things needed to be rearranged more than once. Our move took most of a Saturday but they never complained once. I would highly recommend this company.

Higgs movers arrived 30 minutes early. They brought an extra truck, just in case it was needed. The service provided was excellent, they were quick and the price was fair. I would use them again if the opportunity arose again.

Actually I hate to write this, but I would have appreciated knowing in advance of hiring these movers.

A ring was stolen by one of the workers, and was sold at Gold Exchange.  Fortunately the owner called the Sheriff's Department.  He was arrested and we were told of a possible gang doing breaking and entering. 

We got the ring back from the Investigations Officer.  All information is available with Gregg County Sheriff Department and Longview Police Department.

Could have been a very, very bad experience.

OUR COMPANY HAD NO KNOWLEDGE AND WERE NOT ASSOCIATED IN ANY OTHER CRIME THAT WAS ALLEGEDLY COMMITTED BY OUR FORMER EMPLOYEE. WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF OUR EMPLOYEES DURING WORK HOURS AND HAVE TAKEN ALL THE PROPER MEASURES THAT WE COULD TAKE TO ENSURE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS AND THEIR BELONGINGS ARE SAFE . OUR COMPANY HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR MANY YEARS AND WE ARE VERY REPUTABLE, HONEST AND WORK VERY HARD TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH A GREAT SERVICE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. I had a small office move that I needed complete asap. Mr. Higgs was available the following afternoon and brought 3 helpers. They had everything from wrapping and loading to unloading completed in about an hour. He and his staff were polite and professional and took extra care not to damage any of my furniture or equipment. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I require further moving assistance.
