Was VERY thorough during inspection and walk through, explains everything he wrote down and why. Known Mr. Haney for several years and was glad to hire him to do my home inspection because I knew he'd do an excellent job. Would much rather have someone that's overly cautious than lazy when it's regarding a purchase as large as a home!

Mr. Haney showed up at the exact time he said he would. Before his inspection he explained everything he would be looking for. He worked the entire time with no breaks. After he finished his inspection he walked me through the house and pointed out everything he found. His written report was very quick and I had it in my hands within 2 days. If you use anyone else you are not using the best
