"You wFrom the time he got out of the truck he was totally negative. He could not find the heads...need money now...will come back. Then the next day when we again went over what needed to be done (which we would pay for when done) he said, "you want ME to do all that?" we reaffirmed that yes we needed a licensed septic tank business to make all these repairs. He said,"NO, he was not going to fix it." He hung up the phone
