Diversified Plumbing

Its a father and a son team. They are excellent and can do just about anything. Their prices are fair, they clean up after  themselves, they take off their shoes when they come in and attention to detail is great. They really did a great job.

1.  I called "Diversified Plumbing" owner, Forest Leonard, to arrange for him to do some non-emergency work in my home.
2.  We set a time and Forrest & Lance, his helper, showed up the next day on time.
3.  I showed him where the problem areas were, namely the kitchen faucet fixture & a bathroom toilet tank. 
4.  He showed me some new faucet fixtures and toiIet tank repair parts. 
5.  I selected a new faucet fixture for the kitchen, while the toilet tank parts were standard internal parts.  
6.  Mr. Leonard went to work repairing the toilet tank while Lance removed and installed the new faucet fixture in the kitchen.
7.  In 45 mins., they were finished.
8.  I had another toilet tank for him to inspect for wear and defective parts, plus a water filter line coming into the house.  He said they were both in serviceable condition and that there was no charge for the inspection.    
9.  Mr. Leonard made out a bill which included all labor and parts for $333.00 & I paid him by check.
10. They left for their next job.
