"In response to [member name removed] comments - this customer has a beautiful pool with excellent workmanship. Since [member name removed] never attempted to speak with me about his complaints and always seemed very happy with the progress and workmanship on his pool, I can only assume he has be given some inaccurate information from another pool company that is servicing his pool and is a competitor?? I am completely surprised and in shock! This project was completed on time, it is beautifully done and when we last communicated with his wife, she was very happy. I even went above and beyond by extending his retaining wall (at no charge to him) additionally, I had my stone guy grind down his concrete from another contractors previous pour. The customer needs to read his contract and understand his responsibilities as the owner of a new swimming pool. He and his wife have a gorgeous pool that is built better than any other standard in Longview. We always go above and beyond to help our customers but we were not told of his dissatisfaction."

"This client signed a contract for the price of the pool which detailed the features and the draw schedule. I did not treat him unfairly or over-charge him, we had a contract that detailed the cost for the new construction of the swimming pool. The pool measures correctly per our agreement and the construction is sound. My subcontractors are extremely professional and very punctual, I would also like to mention that all of them have many years of pool building experience. I am a professional Designer and Pool Builder - I build the best swimming pools and I have the best reputation around. I have many repeat customers and referrals from extremely happy pool owners. I take pride in very project that has my name on it and I work very hard to keep the customers happy."
