Caleb's Lawncare

Did a good job trimming shrubs, but I noticed the weeds were not touched.  Texted him about it and he came out a day or so later to take care of the weeds.

The attitude of the owner is customer driven and his prices are better than average. He's very competitive with the pricing and his price is about 20% less than the average. He provides quality service at a low cost.

I called and tried to get an estimate but they said they didn't need to give me an estimate because they have been out in this area. They charged $135 an hour which I think was costly but I was desperate that time. I wanted to be here when they came and they came when I was not here, trimmed my hedges, weeded my flower bed in the front yard. I don't think I should have taken an hour to do that plus I wanted them to cut my rose bush but of course I wasn't here to tell them to do that. I paid them but I won't use them again. I were going to come sometime on a Friday and I called them back and told them I would be gone and I couldn't come but they came anyway while I was gone. They did a good job with what they did. The price was too high. I talked some lady on the phone that answers their machines. I haven't talked to them or seen them so I don't know anything about them.

Was only going to use for three months, but will continue for the whole season. They are fast and efficient.

Caleb's crews always show up and do a great job! Very responsive to concerns or questions.

As long as I am right there things go pretty well. I would advise giving instructions and expecting them to be followed correctly. Grass was killed in the wrong area, prunings were left in the yard, plants that I did not want removed were pulled up with the weeds.

Everything went great and he started sooner than I expected. Initially, he said he would provide a quote but it would be the following week before the work could begin. He came the next day as he said he would and gave the quote. It was acceptable, so he started to work right a way. On everything done, they showed care. If there was anything questionable, they would ask first. I've dealt with larger lawn services but Caleb's was much more down to earth and one-on-one. He listened when I talked and was clear when he talked to me. Price was right and services were excellent. I don't use lawn services all year. I use them at the beginning of summer and well into the fall season. I will definately use these guys again.

He was excellent. He responded quickly to getting me scheduled. He came out and got the work done very well. He came back and asked me if I was satisfied with the work, and collected payment.

I contacted Caleb along with two other vendors to get quotes to mow our year. Caleb came by and looked over the yard, then provided me with a quote for services. Caleb's mows and edges our yard. They also trim around the flower beds and trim the shrubs. They blow any excess grass and leaves off the driveways, porches, and even out of the flower beds. The guys always arrive on Tuesday every other week as agreed. Anytime I have a question, they are eager to answer. Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and always smiles when we are talking. I'm very pleased with at this lawn care company.
