BERRY FAMILY POOLS INC

From initial purchase our install date was pushed out 2.5 weeks due to prior appointments by their installation team. Dirt digging then began on the morning of 7/29 and the pool was completely installed in 2.5 days from the time the excavation began. Very smooth process and very pleased with the results!  The counter personnel and staff are very helpful and friendly and are willing to answer any questions and recommend chemicals and instructions to maintain water perfectly. I would definitely recommend Berry Family Pools!

They were very helpful in deciding what pool would work best for us. The job as finished in 2 days and the worked with us on location placement in an area that required extra work to make it fit. Spot on for chemical start up and didn't try to sell us more than we actually needed. Great experience.

I had a little problem with their superintendent. We had a discussion over a retaining wall and I actually had to call Berry and told him that he could either come and do the project or I go get somebody else. He came out, evaluated it, said that there is no problem, and put in the pool.

Use them to purchase chemicals and for water analysis. They will give you good advice and will not have you buy unnecessary chemicals.

We went to Berry Pools after we were left hanging with another pool company. The other company installed the pool, but abandoned us when we asked questions about the chemicals. We took a sample of the water and all the chemicals from the other company into the Berry Pools store. They analyzed our pool's water and gave us a print out of the exact steps to follow to balance the water. They told us we did not need any of the chemicals we had purchased from the other company and we had wasted our money. Amy was VERY helpful and informative. We should have gone to Berry Pools first. We learned a valuable lesson and are now paying for it.
