AUTO BODY EXPRESS

I took my 2009 Nissan Altima into Auto Body Express to have some hail damage fixed and to have the windshield replaced. This was on December 07, 2010. They were also supposed to fix a piece of trim that was under warranty. I made an insurance claim. They sent me a check for 1900.00. I was told that it would be around 1500.00 to fix my car. I was also told that it would be ready in two days. My car was finally ready on December 27, 2010. I was told to bring 250.00 to pay for the windshield. I went to pick up my car. I was then told that I owed them 716.00. I asked them why. They said that it had costed 3109.73 to fix three dents. I was then given an itemixed list of theings that they had fixed or replaced. My car had one hail damage dent in the hood, one dent in the top passenger side roof rail, and one dent on the trunk. The list that I was given said that they had replaced my rear lights. They had charged me 1500.00 to replace my rear lights. There was no reason to replace them. I asked why they replaced them. I was not given an answer. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told he was busy. After looking at my car I noticed that they had not even replaced the rear lights. There was still a scratch on the rear passenger side light. Also, the trim was still not fixed. They refuse to give me answers or return my call.
