He didn't cut all the limbs that I wanted. Then when he was finished he was trying to charge an extra $60 for the removal. When I told him I could have the city pick it up, he didn't like it.

The job was done fantastically, very professional, the branches that was trimmed were cut and placed under each tree ,the rest was cleared . they came on time and finished  before the estimated time frame.We couldn't have been more pleased with everything they have done.we will definitely use them again. 

Arbor X Tree Service did a wonderful job, we continue to use them, they have cleaned up damage left by the drought and also a storm. We are very happy to have found them, they are our GoTo for tree care. They also gave the most reasonable quotes and stuck to the exact amounts. The fact that they have a large professional trailer type shredder and trash trailer allowed them to work quickly. Love these guys! 

Did what they said they would at the price the quoted and they did in on time.

He gave us a bid of $2500.  They scheduled to come out two days later.  They came on the scheduled day and did exactly what they said they would.  And, they did a great job of cleaning up!  We were really pleased with the stump grinding and they charged us what he had quoted us...no surprises!  We will definitely use Arbor X again and refer them to our friends, family and co-workers.

hired them for 3 more days of work. I highly recommend this reliable and trustworthy company. I know that this is still not the last time I will use them. The only other thing that I did not mention is that I live about 500 miles from this property and I trust them enough from these first couple of jobs to let them do the work while I am not even there. Justin sends me pictures daily of the work he has done. We should all be so lucky to have an honest contractor work for us.

We had half of a huge oak tree fall from a storm right on our property line, and fence. They did all work that was promised in safe and timely manner. Overall experience was a good one, and would definitely call this company back if needed more work done.

An old tree near the road had tremendously overgrown and had some substantial damage from years of storms and simple neglect.  The owner responed immediately to my call, was at my house the same afternoon to give an estimate and not only expertly trimmed the tree but made sure that when they left the area was cleaner than when they arrived.  The entire operation was completed in the estimated time and with a fixed price that I felt was very reasonable considering the job to be done.  The owner was very open to my requests, very personable and extremely professional!

After a very  windy thunderstorm, I had a large limb fall from my tree onto my house.  I called several tree companies to give me prices to take down my tree and prune another one.  Arbor X Tree Service was the lowest price of the "American" tree companies and $700 less than ones that claimed to be "affordable/best price!"  They were very professional and watching them work was pretty amazing.  They took down the dead tree over my house, piece by piece, and lowered each small piece with a rope. They pruned another tree and as they took down each branch, they chipped it into mulch with a machine that blew it straight into the back of  another  truck- they even let me keep some for my flower beds I will planting soon!  They were very friendly and left my yard in good condition- which was very important.  I would highly recommend this company and will be calling them again in a few months to take care of a very large annoying pine tree in my back yard. Kudos!!!
