I had called to make an appointment and informed that there was a leak from the back of the washing machine, under the drain hose connection.  Was pleased to get an appointment that same day.  When the servicemen arrived, they inspected the machine and confirmed that the leak was from the drain hose.  I was surprised that they did not have a drain hose with them and had to go out to procure one. But they performed the service and tested the machine a couple of times to ensure there were no further leaks.  I appreciated that they brought a blanket with them to lay our washing machine on so it would not get scratched.  They also replaced the rubber fill hoses with stainless steel versions.  Everything is working fine.
They were prompt, friendly, and very polite. 
I thought the repair was rather high, but I don't know what other businesses would have charged.  I paid $95.00 for the service call, $75.00 for an hour of labor, $40.00 for the fill hoses, and $30.00 for the drain hose.  I wasn't comfortable opening up the machine myself, but I might try next time in order to save some money!
