Have used them for a while. They've treated fleas and bees/wasps etc. at my previous and new home. The tech that always comes out is really nice and professional. They've been so helpful, even came out for free after I had a serious illness to make sure there was nothing in the home causing my illness ( a rare respiratory fungal infection usually contracted from bats or mold...) They will schedule follow ups free of charge to assure what was paid for was taken care of. Price is usually on target or cheaper than quoted and if it will be more they always make that clear ahead of time. Very affordable. Will continue to use them for all my exterminating needs

I have been using their services for twenty years. I like that they have a toll free number to call them on. They control the fire ants in my yard. The chemicals they use are pet friendly. They do good work. They are very knowledgeable compared to other pest control companies. The quality of their work is top notch. Sometimes they run late.

It only took them one time to get rid of the pests. I think they did an excellent job. They were very upfront about everything and were very accommodating with scheduling.

They do not have good bookkeeping. I had been making payments all year long but when I tried to get this year set up they had no record of my payments or receipts. The price was very good though. I had no problems with their quality of work. They got rid of the lady in the office that was messing up appointments and got someone else so that improved. They did show up at the time they were supposed to. If they figure out the receipt situation I would use them again.

I have been real pleased with them. They were much cheaper than the competitors. Of course, I would like it cheaper. The people that they send out are real trustworthy. They are not so good on punctuality, but they call in advance if they are running late. They call me at least thirty minutes before to let me know that they are running late. I would say that about third of the time, they are running late.
