We called Alford & Pace first thing this morning and they were here before noon. Added refrigerant and we were back in business. Alford & Pace installed the system 6 years ago and we have always had excellent service from them.

They are very, very good, reasonable and do anything that they can. They good and reliable people.I bought a AC unit at them and every year they come out and check it and if something goes wrong they're out on the spot and then fix it and then don't worry about charging you for anything if it was done the first time. I would highly recommend them.

I was able to go back to work missing only thirty minutes. He did a great job!

Alford and Pace replaced the outside air conditioning unit, inside heating unit and all ductwork. They also replaced the existing wire to the outside unit from the breaker box with bigger wire to handle the load required with the bigger unit that was installed. They added 2 air registers and replaced a smaller register with a larger register in the room that had been added to the back of my house. They installed a register in one bathroom that did not have one previously and added another air suction to handle the increased load. All went well. They showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would and did a very professional job all around.

We have been using them since we bought our house in 1997. They are very personable. They came out and fixed the heater during the summer. We had leaking water. They are great.

They are really good. They are knowledgeable and quick. Their quality is great and they stand behind their work and their part. Their responsiveness is very good. They are professional and their punctuality is good. I would use them again in the future.

We had contracted for a 15.5 SEER rated unit. When it the unit was being installed, we were told it was a 15 SEER unit. They graciously dropped the price $700 for the mistake. Since we have had the unit we have had trouble with it on three occasions. When the temperature drops into the low 30s the emergency heat will come on. We were told by the people at Alford and Pace that this was normal. We never had that problem with our previous heat pump. I talked to an engineer at York and he said this should not be happening. Alford and Pace is scheduled to come out and look at the unit again.

Entire job went very well. Crews showed up first thing Monday morning ready to work. They removed the existing system completely. A new inside unit with furnace and blower was installed. A new outside unit was installed. All new piping, thermostat, breaker and a new larger power wire was installed along with an outside disconnect for the unit. New registers were installed. Living room registers were enlarged with an additional register added to the living room and office. A register was installed in the master bath where there had been none. New ducting was installed as well. All trash and old unit was hauled off and disposed of.
