Scott Baylus, the owner, was very pleasant to work with. I purchased a 40' x 50' metal building from General Steel. Texas Metal and Contracting was the only reference they supplied as a builder in my area. I am grateful they put me in contact with them though. I called around for prices, but in the end I chose to use Texas Metal and Contracting. Based on the quality of work from prior projects, meeting with Scott a few times in which he shared his prior experience and current knowledge, I could not have found a better business to do the work. I had never purchased a metal building before and was not familiar with the process for erecting the building. Scott was very responsive and direct with his answers which I appreciate. With regards to his workers and the quality of their work, I was very pleased. His employees worked longer hours than any other contractor I have hired in the past. They were all courteous and did a very professional job with the work they performed. I would definitely hire Texas Metal and Contracting in the future.
