Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Mike and JR did a great job. They responded within one day and repaired a crack our second story brick facade, repaired several screened windows, built a window screen, stained our front door, and installed fence posts. I'd hire them again. Price was very reasonable for the work performed.

Mike is my ideal of a true handyman. He is very affordable and his work is top of the line. I am very pleased with the work and have hired him for MANY more projects at our house. Great work and honest. The only thing I would say, is that a person needs to not smell like a smoker, if they want to come across as a professional. But, it must not be that important to me, because I gave him 5 stars and I will use him again if a project comes up in the future!

He was prompt, reliable & flexible with different projects I added to work I needed done. After getting his bid for painting living room, guest bath,replacing door, removing backsplash & re painting & other various small repairs I had bid on repairing & painting garage, paint 2 more rooms. Great price, finished quickly. Definitely will hire him again!

It took a few weeks to get the job scheduled but once the part came in Mike and his helper did an excellent job. They were tenacious and determined to get it fixed and they did! Could not be more pleased. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Good, honest, dependable and on time. Got the job done. Prices were good too. Would hire him again. Definitely!!!! Did some tough work to fix an upstairs that had dropped about three inches. He and his helper were able to fix it and now, it looks great.

He did a really great job for us. Communicated with us very well. He showed up everday on time as he promised. I would definately call on him again. I must say he is very detailed. We thought his prices were little elavated but it was well worth the pay.

I had a week's worth of small repair tasks and he did a good job on all of them. He's also a very flexible person to work with when unanticipated things are discovered during the project. For projects involving many tasks, it's best to work from a written, detailed scope of work list to assure that everything gets completed. I recommend him, and I'll hire him again when I need more work done.

Weatherstripping Service
We really like this contractor. The Senior Pastor had the contact with him and stated that he really likes Mr Schutts and will be using Mr Schutts for another project. Mr Schutts work was excellent. When I saw it, I was so happy with the job done. It exceeding my expectations. I can't say enough good about him. He's also very personable and kind. He's the best! Helen Davies.
