This is an amended . Make sure you keep receipts...and have them sign off that you actually paid the bill!!!!!

We are changing our opinion and for great reason. The pool was complete, and to our satisfaction. Jim and his wife were very nice.

ACCORDING to the 3 men that showed up at my door about 6 months later, blue moon pools, skipped out on paying this sub contractor. They demanded $5000.00 from me or threatened to lien my home and property!

I have no clue if they paid or not but the men at my door were the men that did the work. The owner of the plaster business, Mr. Castillo,
had the other 2 men come along in hopes that I would recognize them as the men that did the actual work.

My receipts showed that I contracted blue moon pools. It also showed that I paid in full! Mr Castillo threatened to sue and lien my property. Fortunately, I knew my rights and had the proper documents.

Keep excellent records.
