Barbed Wire Fence Installation
When speaking to Gilbert about this project he said he that he could do the job with no problem. When he said he done I inspected the work only to find that he did not properly secure one end of fencing even after I explained how to do it. He told me that he would return to fix it correctly the following weekend. I still have not heard from him. With horse or goat type fencing he clearly has no experience! I even offered to lend him woven fence stretcher. He did not use it. I am assuming that I will have correct this myself! Not happy at all.
