He stained my deck on August 28, 2021 and I thought it went well until after the stained dried, I noticed some flaws: several holes that needed to be patched up, some of the existing rails were smeared with stain and needed to be wiped out and a ladder step that he patched up with wood putty wasn't smoothed out that looked like the putty was just smeared and stained over. I had texted her several times to come and fix these flaws bu he kept saying that he was busy. The last text I received when I tried to get a date for him to come said that he was going to see if he had another projects coming up in my area but never texted me again. I'm quite disappointed with his unresponsiveness.
