I have not had any problems, but if I did, I would have him come back out on a quarterly basis. He was punctual, professional and cleanly. He was thoughtful about the fact that I have pets in my home.

I paid them for their service, and they guaranteed their work for an entire year. They were thorough on their spraying and whenever they were in the neighborhood, they would even do spot check ups. If I had a problem, I could call them back anytime all year long, and they would correct it for me.

We liked them very much and they were very nice. The technician who came out to spray was a good guy. They were a local business that took pride in doing the job right. They did a very thorough job and got rid of the ants, so their service was working. They also did a termite inspection once a year.
