 + -1 moreInspector (Ernest Stephens) showed up on time and completed the process in about 2 hours. The buyer was on site and received a briefing on what was found. The full report was emailed the following morning and was completed and included photos and comments of each area inspected (in some cases multiple photos). The termite inspection took place during the home inspection. Mr. Stephens (HI) interacted with the Termite Inspector to discuss some damage. The actual cost for the service has not been identified- expecting the invoice in a few days. Will update at that time. The service was professional and thorough and I would use and recommend Prism Home Inspections in the future.
Description of Work: Inspected the entire home prior to sale of property.
