Mr. Perez quoted me and I found the price acceptable after having some other bids on the same work from 2 other companies. Mr. Perez and his brother came to my house as promised on Aug 25th (the day before Hurricane Harvey his Houston) in hopes of beating the rain and they arrived on time. My yard is fairly inaccessible to a lot of equipment since I don't have a driveway and my yard is elevated from the street. Using just harnesses and chain saws they took down that large tree right by the house without doing any damage to my house, roof and other landscaping. It was done piece at a time. They had to carry these huge chunks of tree to a trailer down on the street. Both of the men were friendly, willing to answer questions and tolerant of me popping in and out to watch them. I would definitely hire them again and in fact I plan on doing that again soon, once I decided on everything I want trimmed.
