My name is Jim Wheeland and I want to do your home inspection. I am a Professional Real Estate Inspector licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC #9289). I have over 25 years of experience and electrical inspections. I provide Real Estate inspections to individuals and businesses in Polk County and surrounding counties within a 125 mile radius. I will perform a thorough evaluation of all aspects of the property you are purchasing or selling, from the roof to the foundation and all areas in between. I also utilize all of the latest inspection procedures, techniques and equipment. My clients will receive the highest quality report using the latest inspection software and tools. Inspections are delivered the same day as the inspection. The Report will include a detailed analysis of the property and include descriptive high-quality graphics. The report can be faxed, mailed or emailed.
