When I moved here some time ago, I could not find a company that would perform routine yard maintenance and/or perform it reasonably and consistently to acceptable standards on a recurring basis. At the time I also had mountains of debris from moving and minor home renovations that, living outside city limits, I was finding difficult to dispose of without taking out a 2nd mortgage.
I contacted Mark & Kay to clean up the debris and begin weekly yard maintenance. That was 7 months ago and I can confirm that they do exactly what they say they will, when it is supposed to happen at the agreed upon amount. A consistently great job on the yard and removal of trash/debris as needed at a reasonable price. I only wish I had set up weekly garbage service with them as well - very reasonable for those of us residing beyond the city limits.
