Description of Work: Very Unprofessional. Aside from being half an hour late, he did not give us an invoice but wrote his info on the back of a buisness card with a note stating he would send an invoice. He sprayed inside and outside my parents home. During our first conversation he said he would return within 3 weeks and spray again to ensure the pests were gone. After 2 and a half weeks i started calling to get an appointment set up for him to come back out. he constantly dogded my calls. three weeks would have been Sept 3rd. On Sept 17th he finally called me back and said he was moving and would call me mon to set up and app for thurs. He again ignored my calls on Tues. My dad called him that friday and Mr. Jones told us he would not be coming back out would not send us the invoice in the mail as he said he would. he also called me a liar. he was very rude and cursed many times. Since we still have not recieved our in voice, we will be going to his place of buisness.
