RUCKER'S RADIO & T V

Description of Work: Paid $75.00 diagnostic fee for cause of 32" Polariod picture blackouts. Problem was identified as the powerpanel (main board) with a repair cost of $400.00. Not worth the price of repair.

Description of Work: I was told by a Sony representative to go to Rucker's. They would fix my TV for free because of a semi-recalled they had on my TV model. Rucker's picked it up and told me it would take 3 DAYS to fix. They kept it for 3 WEEKS, and in the end, Rucker's claim that what was wrong with my TV had nothing to do with the recall and that they could fix it for 233.00, so I said OK. He returned my TV, and the bill was for 250.00. I called Rucker's. I told him, he quoted me 233.00 with tax and all. He said then pay the 233.00, but I will not honor the warranty that comes with the repair. I paid 250.00. The TV started giving me the exact same problems again two weeks later. I called Rucker's, and he said it was probably something different then what he originally thought and that would be another 300.00. I told him what about the warranty. He said that warranty was only for the part he replaced. I told him that was not fair, I shouldn't have to pay for what you thought. He said ''TOO BAD!!!!''

Description of Work: THEY JUST DID A SERVICE CALL. OUR TV WASN'T WORKING AND SO I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY CAME AND CHECKED IT OUT. FOUND OUT IT WOULD BE TO EXPENSIVE TO FIX IT AND SO WE ENDED OUR BUSINESS WITH THEM THERE.
