 + -1 moreI've bought and praised Cub Cadet products for many years. I never saw this coming. After paying $3,000. I've got a lemon and no warranty. Polk County Tractor will never sell me anything else and sad to say neither will Cub Cadet alias MTD of Cleveland, Ohio.
Description of Work: I bought a new Cub Cadet Riding Lawn Mower from this company in August of 2005. I was given a 2 year warranty, and that for the first year they would come to my house for any repairs that needed to be done. I have had numerous problems with my Cub Cadet. The Deck would not raise & lower, the grease fittings fell out of both front wheels, it tears through a mower belt in less than 10 hours of mowing. All belts are covered on my warranty for one year. Polk County Tractor said the belts would have to be sent to Ohio for inspection first. These are just a few of the problems I've had. They have to refused to come out to my house like they said they would. The warranty is loaded with numerous fine print that makes it worthless for anything. Cub Cadet(MTD)of Cleveland, OH has refused to get involved. I have reported both of them to the Better Business Bureau and am awaiting a reply.
