PEDIGO FURNITURE

We are very pleased with our experience at Pedigo's especially with our salesperson, Carloyn Blake and Joseph Pedigo who handles the warehouse and repairs. Carolyn was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She always returned our calls and answered our questions. Once our purchase was delivered we noticed a blemish on one of our chairs. We returned it and Joseph immediately got the info, ordered another chair back, and has called us three times just to give us an update on shipping date, etc. The only reason we did not give A's in each category is because our furniture was delivered a day late. They did not call and tell us but we had to call and find out why our furniture had not arrived by the time the gave us. We were told there was an employee who had to take off due to a problem but the info evidently did not get up the chain of command. They were apologetic and seemed to be truly concerned. Even with that problem we would use Pedigo again because of Carolyn, Joseph, the quality, and prices. Good experience.
