Ordered a Dreamline shower door from this store. We were told it had a 10 day delivery date. After 20 days and my contractor demobilizing we called the store manager. The door was delivered 2 days later. When I picked up the door I asked to speak to the manager. This women could not have been less interested in what I had to say. "Well I'd have to look into it" Really I need to give you direction to look into it? " I wouldn't have scheduled anything until everything was in" I scheduled everything around a 15 day lead time on the door. I'm confident I've scheduled more contractors then this person. Home Depot has gained a customer. This negative review is more based on one persons attitude. However I'm confident that the door was not ordered properly and was rushed when we pushed.

Lowes doe snot address concerns but sends it back to the problem store. They dealt with her by giving her naother pat on back after promoting her to Manager.
