I gave them a B because sometimes the internet goes down. The pricing is good. They are good, they respond but when they are down, they are down. They respond as fast as they can for everybody. They are professional. I would use them again in future.

I work from home via the internet. The upload speed available through this provider is only 1 no matter what package you select. I drop packets constantly causing my connection to work be broken several times a day to several times an hour. I have had two techs come out. They tell me it is a problem at the office but then I hear absolutely nothing.
Unfortunately there is no other provider in this area or I would no longer be a Livcom customer.

The experience is okay. We haven't had any problems with them. It is easy to get hold of someone. We don't have any choice.
