He seemed to be pretty popular up here. There were actually no active termites at that time but there had been termite activity. I thought that was really, really expensive. They told me that they had used over 230 gallons of chemicals for the treatment. I have not had it done before. I don't know whether that was excessively expensive or they did a good job. I haven't seen any termites in the last 2 years but that doesn't necessarily tell me anything. Now supposedly for that $ 1500 that he would come back over 5 year period and treat as necessary, if there was termite activity I would have to pay him $ 89 a year to come out and inspect it. That is a part of the service. I have got over half an acre here and they don't do the dirt. They do the perimeter of the building. I have got 3 buildings and they only did the house. They didn't do the barns. I thought at that time it was ridiculous but I never had it done before. They showed up and I wasn't here when they did the work. I was in Houston when they did the work. I could see that they had been here because they had drilled holes in the concrete and filled it with the chemicals down. Other than that I don't know. I would at least call some other people and find out that they are going to charge me. They at least tell me a price that is legitimate. I probably will not use them.
