Professional, punctual, gave several options for bid and explained difference between units and installation.

The man was very polite and courteous. He checked the coils and the outside unit and found it was low on freon so he added 2 pounds. He came back inside and checked to see if it was cooling properly.

Having received two very expensive estimates for air conditioning repair, at the suggestion of a friend, I contacted Best, who arrived when scheduled and set about doing a detailed inspection (taking about double the time of the previous outfits). Shane noted that though the equipment was old, it seemed to be functioning acceptably and until it died, there was no justification in replacing and incurring the expense which would accompany that undertaking. He recommended that the existing duct work be repaired to improve effectiveness and provided a quote to do so, which I subsequently approved.
Following a heads-up phone call, Best's crew arrived when scheduled and immediately got to it. They were professional, courteous, all business, explained all that was done and eventually left, leaving no mess whatsoever and a system that was notably more efficient as a result.
Refreshing to deal with a firm that delivers all that is promised and works with their customer to (conscientiously) serve their best interests. I will use Best again if and when the need arises and highly recommend their services to any needing HVAC work.

The customer service person was knowledgeable, professional and accurate. Great communication about when the tech would arrive. Glenn, the tech guy, had great communication about his arrival, and once here quickly diagnosed the problem. He replace the part, checked the general condition of the unit and did a great job of explaining the repair. Pricing was very reasonable.
Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. I will definitely call them again.
