They were great.  Very punctual, very professional.  They covered floors as to not track in, they did a thorough clean up when they were finished.  The employees were very friendly and polite.

THE TECHNICIAN FOUND OUR PROBLEM QUICKLY AND CHECKED OUT OUR FURNACE, INSTALLED NEW THERMOSTADT IN HALLWAY AT OUR REQUEST AND EXPLAINED THE WHOLE SYSTEM TO US THOROUGHLY AND WHAT TO EXPECT WITH THE WEATHER IN TX AND HOW THE UNIT WOULD REACT. WE WERE THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, AS WE CAME FROM WIS. AND THIS SYSTEM WAS TOTALLY DIFFERENT THAN ANYTHING WE HAVE EVER USED BEFORE. SO IMPRESSED THAT WE SIGNED UP FOR A ANNUAL SERVICE FOR SPRING AND FALL. WE FOUND THE SERVICE TO BE REASONABLE BASED ON OTHER QUOTES.

Everything went really smooth.

The serviceman was friendly and really took an interest in our system. He honestly seemed to love his job and took pride in being able to give the right advice on how to make our system run more efficiently. He did not rush through the work and even took the time to give me some advice about living in this area and what to stay away from, as we are new to the area.

When they arrived, they first advised us of what work was to be done. They began by removing the old exchanger unit inside and then the outside air compressor unit. They cleaned the area before starting the new install. The inside unit was placed into position, while another tech readied the outside area where the AlC unit would set. New wiring and copper was run from the outside unit to the interior exchanger and connected. A new thermostat was installed. The system was then charged and checked to ensure it was working properly. They tested the system several ways making sure all worked as designed. Clean up was completed and all old equipment hauled away. The technicians where respectful of property and made sure not to cause disruption to our family life as much as possible. Once all work completed, they walked us through all that was done, made sure we knew how the new system worked and asked if we had any other questions.
