The technician called prior to coming and showed up as he indicated he would. We felt like we needed freon but after checking our unit he reported it was cooling just as it should. We felt like he was very professional and honest.

We had to notify the State of Texas and they came out to get pictures and we had pictures of his trucks and what he did including all the trash he left in our yard and attic.
