The commode in my guest bathroom would sometimes allow the water to continually run.  It would not do so all of the time, however.  I found after returning from the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, that the water had been continually running.  This was evidenced on my next water bill.  I turned off the water to the commode after that and would have to turn it on and off each time someone wanted to use the commode.  I finally got around to calling John to get it fixed.  I could only be home on Wednesday afternoon, and John came exactly when I asked.  The job wasn't easy, as some parts were old and rusted, but John kept working until it worked properly.
John has helped me several times, with minor electrical, HVAC, installing ceiling fans, and installing a garbage disposal.  He is always prompt, does a good job, and always at a very reasonable price.
