Very nice, and cool to chat with. Cares about his customers, and makes sure the job is done right. After he fixed our leak, I hadnâ t seen him in a while because his work was very well done. I didnâ t need to call him again until we had a different leak on a different part of the house. Same thing, he figured it out, and did an excellent job repairing it. We have a tile roof, and Carlos knows exactly how to service it. The price for his work is also very reasonable. Anyone who hires Carlos and his team will be very satisfied!

Unlike so many other contractors, responds promptly to calls, arrives as scheduled, communicates well and is a bona fide roofing professional. My rotting fascia looks like new again.

Carlos did a fantastic job! He repaired the fascia and soffit that had rotted at my house and did a couple other extra things. I liked that he did the work himself instead of sending someone else.
