C & R Roofing and Contracting

It has not yet rained, they just completed the work. So, I will know more after it rains. But, there is a warranty, so, if it leaks I will call them back. As of right now, though, everything looks good. They were punctual and thorough.

Very knowledgeable about task needed to be completed. Also helpful with total state of roof and previous work done on roof. Professional and puctual demeanor.

Nice and polite. They started work as soon as possible and gave me pictures of the issues and their repairs right after they finished and said they would warranty the work and come back if there were any issues.

Excellent customer service. They showed up on time, with everything they needed, and finished faster than I assumed they would. After the work was complete, Richard walked through everything they did, thoroughly explaining the repairs. Carlos followed up with me within thirty minutes of completion to make sure I was satisfied.

Carlos showed up on time - a rarity when dealing with contractors. He also had everything he needed to accomplish the roof repairs. He also resealed all the pipes, vents, etc. that pokes through the roof.

Father & son came to replace my skylight. I like that I was contacted by them before coming out to advise me they were on the way. Both are very nice and did a professional job. I highly recommend them.

The work was excellent. The contractor was very knowlegible about all types of roofing materials, and helped us to find the best one for this difficult interior valley application. They were reasonably priced. They went above and beyond and even showed me pictures of the work being done on the roof.

Was pleased with the service received. Some shingles had blown off the roof during the last storm. Carlos was able to do the repairs immediately, and that was a load off my mind. Would definitely use C&R again.

As an Army veteran I highly recommend this company. They do all the work themselves and do not sub -contract work out. I was in contact with the owners of the company thru out my project and the work was excellent. They have all the tools needed and have a stockpile of hard to fine rare tiles at their disposal.

Prompt, Courteous, Friendly. Repaired several missing asphalt shingles my 2-story roof. Of course I did not go up there but Carlos took pictures to show me. Resealed the chimney and vents, and pipes all for a very fair price.

I contacted Carlos to get a quote on replacing a skylight. He was able to come that afternoon. I hired him for the job and I'm very pleased with the new skylight. Since I was unable to get on the roof to watch the work as it was being done, he took pictures for me throughout the process so that I could see the work as they were doing it. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.

although Carlos had a family emergency he still showed and took care of my roof repairs fair price for work done.
