The principal of this firm is an honest hard working christian man. After he repaired my concrete roof I was extremely satisfied and rehired him to do additional construction work. I am a Civil Engineer and have managed construction in several cities in Europe, Asia and the USA.

We are selling our home and fixing the broken tiles on our roof was one of the repairs the buyer asked for. Carlos and his team were very easy to work with, on time, courteous and diligent in getting the job done right. They replaced many more tiles that were on the original contract, at the same price, and inspected every bit of our roof to make sure all cracked tiles were removed/replaced and the tiles aligned. Very nice group of young guys.

Did work completely per contract, on date and time agreed too. Did a very good job cleaning up roofing nails and debris, and hauling it off. Turnkey job!

Reasonable, alert to the details of the job. Like all contractors, you need to get in writing everything you want done. They helped with all issues and we all had an enjoyable experience.

I called Carlos we talked. He got on the roof and did an inspection gave me a fair price. Came back the next day complete the work more than happy with the worked agreed on. I will call him back again

Carlos Granada personally led and supervised the tile-repair and replacement work on our roof, which was completed in a day. From beginning to end of the project, he was eager, confident, and customer-service oriented, responding immediately, although on a weekend, to our project description on Home Advisor. Soon, he came out to do the estimate (also replacing a screen that had fallen from a high, out-of-reach window). He explained clearly and documented with photos the conditions needing repair, and we approved his doing the project. The work started in a few days and proceeded swiftly, but thoroughly. Carlos communicated with us periodically about what they were doing and documented with photos each roof location, before and after the repairs/replacements. He apprenticed for many years with his father, also a roofer, and enjoys physical, outdoor work, even though as a good student in school, he could have chosen a more abstract line of work. .

Carlos is fast to reply, is flexible, and follows though on his word. I had several bids on my project and his assessment of my roof was inline with this others - his estimate was about 10-15% less and I feel the quality of work is what I would have gotten from any competent roofer.

These guys were just great. Did the job efficiently and on budget. They came out quickly after the job was finished to take care of minor odds and ends. Customer service was excellent. Phone calls and texts were always answered. I will definitely use them again if the occasion arises.

First, their price is best among 4 roofers. The coverage of his estimate is the most. Furthermore, Carlos is the owner of the company. He found a new hole on the roof after starting working. He fixed it without extra charge. Very nice and flexible charging. You know, he can decide anything because he is the boss. Second, Carlos is a diligent man who helped us find the entrance to 2nd floor attic. We just bought the current house and always thought that we only had one attic entrance... The other three roofers didn't find the entrance at all. Third, quickest offering service. we met 3 days after I sent the request. Carlos sent the estimate to me just the next day after he visited my house. Carlos came to fix the roof on the first sunny day after I told him to hire him. This is water leak, not one of the bulbs shut off. Reasonable price, diligent and knowledgeable, quick service. I recommend him.

They were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and explained all the materials as they used them. The crew worked as a team and did little extras that was needed even though they were not part of the contract. I would recommd them to any person who needs tile roof worked.

These guys showed up on time and finished in a reasonable time. The price was reasonable. I would certainly use them if needed in the future.

Carlos was prompt, provided a detailed explanation of all the repairs that our about 33 year old concrete tile roof needed and performed the repairs in a efficient, timely, and professional manner. I would not hesitate to contact Carlos if repairs to our roof are needed in the future.

I was scammed by some roofers R&T Roofers the previous week and paid them for work they did not do. So I called C&R Roofing they came out immediately and assessed the problem and showed me that the work was not done. They were so kind after they saw I was scammed by R&T Roofers and gave me the most reasonable price. They came the next day and professionally completed the job. They are super nice guys with compassion and felt so bad that I was taken by this R&T Roofing so they took care of me. They even tarped my roof the first time they came out as the threat of rain loomed above to prevent more ceiling damage. I could not be more pleased with their work. Very very satisified with Carlos and his dad Robert arrived on time and the repair was completed in a timely manner I have no hesitation in saying that I would recommend them and I wlll certainly use them next time I have a problem I have already recommend them to my son who hired them to do some repairs

I hired C&R to repair a leak in my tile roof that shouldn’t have been there since the roof was redone 2 years ago by another roofing company. The C&R crew showed up on time, found the problem, and did a really good job repairing and rearranging the entire section. Went over and above what was on the bid. Even cleaned up the rest of the roof and straightened out a few problems that I didn’t know about til they were pointed out to me. They cleaned up all their mess and left the front yard as clean as it was when they arrived. I would definitely hire them again and will be referring to any of my acquaintances who need roof work done.

Carlos was very fast to respond and even came out to give me a quote the same day. He scheduled the repair for his next available time slot. I got pictures after the he finished the work. Unfortunately I could not clearly see the work that was performed from the pictures but I trust that it was a good repair. I would recommend this one any day.
