Bathroom renovation was a complete success. It looks like something you would see in a home design magazine. In fact, it looks so good they asked our permission to use our bathroom as an example of the work they are capable of, and since have brought over one perspective client to see it. The only problem we ran into was their inability to stay on the promised schedule. We were told that the job would take appx. 2weeks, but just to be sure, they said 3 weeks, to allow for unforeseen issues. 5 and a half weeks after they started they finished, almost twice as long as promised. Several weeks after the bathroom was completed we agreed on price and plans for our back porch to be screened in. The job was a 3 or 4 day job at most, and was scheduled to be done to completion sometime during the week of July 7 thru 13. As the week went along and no work was being done, I contacted them and was told that the job would be completed on time, the plan was to work 2 consecutive days (Wed., Thur,, Thur., Fri,, Fri., Sat., or Sat. Sun.).They showed up Fri. morning, worked till 2;30, and told me they would be back on Mon.. Mon. and all week it rained, so they couldn't work till the next Sat. They were no show on the following Mon., but did work on Tue, etc., etc....bottom line, if they had showed up when they promised, the job would have finished mid-July, instead of early August. I think they had a bigger job at the same time, and instead of allotting a few days to complete our small job, we ended up being squeezed in whenever the big job got slowed down. Bottom line, these guys are EXCELLANT CRAFTSMEN. They will do a job for you that you will be very pleased with. If, however, you reschedule events in your life so you have nothing else going on when they need access to your home, chances are that they aren't going to meet the time frame they initially gave you. Plan on having to cancel and reschedule, maybe more than once. If time over runs don't bother you, these are the guys for you, because the work is top rate.
