I have had them come out a dozen times. They are excellent. They will come out on a weekend if they have to. They will never over charge. They are fantastic. We are originally from California and the first week after we moved here in 2005, our heater did not work. He came out on a Sunday morning before he went to church. He could have charged me an arm and a leg but he charged me only $25. It had some dust on it and all he did was to clean the dust off of an element. They are totally honest and always prompt. Their prices are fantastic and their work is excellent.
