Poorly.  Damaged my wall, tile floor and cupboards.  Did not know how to do the job well.   Workers did not speak English, and the "boss" was almost never there.  They made a huge mess, and even though it seems minor, used my wife's decorative dish cloths as rags to clean their tools!  Not a professional team! 

The template design was poorly done, requiring additional fabrication to take place in the home. Upon completion, further inspection identified a crack in the surface due to sink installation and a 7/8" gap along one wall. The onsite personnel did not speak English and could not explain the gap or crack. The owner returned to inspect the crack and gap and offered only to cut out the wall and shove the countertop inward to close the gap. This would not only require construction work to the walls, but would result in loss of counter space. Another solution was to install a backsplash that would float the wall out. This requires additional professional services and additional cost. Review of the gap by backsplash professionals (3 out of 4) highly recommended against both alternatives and replied that the template design was poor quality.

The company did a bad job. The countertops were poorly cut and poorly measured. Because of this, they had to fill out the gaps with filler. I could tell they weren't experienced at all. I had to deal with missed arrivals, late arrivals and they took 3 days to start the job from the day they said they were going to. It was just the most horrible house job I've ever had to deal with.
