In July 2023, I began my search for a home in the Pilot Point area. The last home in my search was a new built by Thackery Homes. The quality and functionality was far superior to anything else I had looked at in the area and I immediately fell in love with the home. After the final price was negotiated, Joe was very accommodating to my timeline and kindly toured the home with me and explained all the features the day before the movers arrived. After 8.5 months in this home, there is nothing I would fault. After the tornados and storms tore through our area recently , I could see the damage to neighbors’ roofs and yards. I had no damage whatsoever which is a testament to the quality and integrity of a Thackery Home. Although it was outside my original budget, the purchase was worth every penny.
