Over time the floor buckling has gotten worse and the glued flooring has come up in other areas.
I have tried repeatedly to get the parties to repair my flooring and have been unable to do so. Recently, Floor and Decor refused to help me secure replacement hardwood for the needed repair.
I do not feel I am at all responsible, but appears that I am now forced to tear up the floor and purchase new hard wood floors, which I estimate will cost me approximately $4,000. I am hoping Angie's List can help me.
I'd never use O.S.J. Custom Floors, nor purchase any flooring products from Floor & Decor ever again, and consumers would be wise to also avoid these businesses.
