After contacting All Star Carpet cleaning, they came out within 2 days to perform an estimate.  I had one idea of what was needed, and they listened to me and then made several suggestions as to what would work better.  This was done in a very professional manner and neither my wife nor I were made to feel like we didn't know what we were talking about!  They broke the work into 2 pieces - the stretching and the cleaning.  The work was performed 4 days apart from each other - and accomodated a major furniture delievery we had planned as well.  Both portions of the work was completed quickly and effictively.  The cleaning effort utilized a Rotovac system which cleaned the carpet to brand new!  We had never seen this kind of result and will never use another system again!  The carpet was pretreated.  They also addressed several areas where our dog had made mistakes during his housetraining.  They moved the smaller furniture around, and indicated during the estmate which pieces we would need to move if we wanted the carpet cleaned under them.  They took care of everything else.  Afterwards, they did a visual inspection with both my wife and I.  Additionally, they combed the carpet!  Overall, we are very happy.

They do an excellent job. They will move your furniture and do anything you need them to do. The pricing is also very fair. They guy that comes out is very nice and very punctual. They have come out twice and both times it has been the same guy.
